This is a really spectacular pair of pistols.  The locks are marked "Parke" and the oct/rd. cannon barrels are stamped "T.A (Thomas Annelly)" and British proofed.  The stocks have silver wire inlay around their wrists and barrel tangs.  Also a military style escutcheon with the original owners initials ‘R.S’  plus a beautiful silver engraved "Lady Liberty" .  The butts both have  grotesque masked caps.  One pistol has been converted to percussion while the other remains in it’s original flintlock which was not all that uncommon.  Both pistols retain their original ramrods with their jags.  A beautiful American Officers set of pistols . Actually, one of the best sets I’ve ever owned.
