This is a mdl. 1876  Winchester  .50 Express rifle in exceptional condition.  It was manufactured in 1884 and will come with a factory letter attesting to it’s originality. It retains 75-80 % of it’s original factory blue finish with the rest blending nicely to a blue brown patina. The loading lever and hammer retain 40-50% of their factory case colors. The stock is fine+ with minor dings and scratches and retaining most of it’s orignal factory finish.  The bore is beautiful and the action is as smooth as the day it left the factory. Teddy Roosevelt owned one of these and praised it.
