A rare British Rev.War pistol in very good shape.  The early banana shaped lock is engraved Farmer 1742  with the  British Crown GR and Broad Arrow.  The 12" barrel has been trimmed a 1/2" . It has early British proofs and Farmers initials.  On the top it's engraved Queens Drag s.  The wrist escutcheon is engraved 5t T.  The Queens Dragoon's were  designated the 16th Regt. They arrived in America in July 1776 in New York and participated mostly in the New York and New Jersey campaigns until they returned to England in 1778.  A really Historic Pistol.
